Fresh towels in the Powder Room
A light on the bedside table
Something in the oven
These tips seem easy and almost unnecessary when marketing a house when you are the seller trying to race out and leave, but if you are organized, setting the stage for a potential buyer will be the turning point and the extra long showing that may lead in the right direction towards an offer.
